“The massage was really lovely and relaxing and flowed beautifully and so the full body experience was really brilliant. I’ve only ever chosen to have back/shoulder/neck massages previously and wasn’t sure of the additional benefit of the full body, but the overall treatment was amazing. I especially enjoyed the visualisation at the beginning, it was a great way to ground into the massage and when I found my mind wandering during the session I would come back to the visualisation so it was really helpful. Being in my own home was a really lovely bonus, and allowed me to properly relax.

“My massage experience was very relaxing; I liked that you started and ended the massage with your hands on my upper chest and forehead. It felt grounding and comforting – like you were establishing a ‘safe’ connection and saying ‘I’ve got you’. Pre-massage, we discussed the fact that I tend to prefer light pressure where possible (especially around the neck area) but that a firmer pressure is fine on the scalp and I felt like you put that into practise during the massage.
